Shipping & Delivery Policy

College Dropouts Club is an entirely digital product. There are no physical goods, no shipping, and no delivery address required at any point in the membership process.

What You Receive

Upon payment confirmation, you will receive an email from hello@collegedropouts.club within 24 hours containing:

• A personalised welcome and onboarding guide
• Your Discord invite link (unique and single-use)
• Instructions for your first week, including your demo-night slot
• A direct introduction to the community team

Timeline

Onboarding emails are sent manually — not by an automated bot. We process new members within one business day of payment. During cohort intake periods, processing may take up to 48 hours. If you have not received your onboarding email within 48 hours of payment, please contact us.

Access Duration

Community access is granted for 12 months from your onboarding date. Membership does not auto-renew. You will be notified by email 30 days before your membership expires if you are eligible to re-apply.

Technical Issues

If you lose access to the Discord server due to a technical issue, or if your invite link expires before use, contact us immediately at hello@collegedropouts.club. We will re-issue access within one business day at no charge.
