Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of College Dropouts Club ("CDC", "we", "us"). By applying for or paying for membership, you agree to them in full.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to apply. Membership is personal and non-transferable. You may not share access credentials or allow another person to use your membership.

Application & Acceptance

Submission of an application does not guarantee membership. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason. Invitations are issued at our sole discretion and are non-transferable.

Payments

Payments in India are processed by Razorpay; international payments by Dodo Payments. Prices include applicable taxes where required by law. Membership is a one-time annual fee with no automatic renewal. All sales are final. Please review our Refund Policy before purchase.

Member Conduct

Members are expected to act in good faith inside the Discord server and any related spaces. The following are grounds for immediate removal without any compensation: harassment or targeted abuse of other members; spamming or unsolicited solicitation; doxxing or sharing private information about other members; conduct that is illegal under applicable law; or any behaviour that materially harms the quality of the community.

Intellectual Property

Content you share inside the community (project updates, feedback, code, essays) remains yours. By sharing, you grant other members a limited licence to view and respond to it within the community context. You may not reproduce or republish other members' work without their explicit written permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate membership for violations of these terms at our sole discretion. Termination for conduct violations carries no right to compensation or credit.

Limitation of Liability

CDC provides a community space and peer network — not professional, legal, or financial advice. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from your membership is limited to the membership fee paid in the prior 12-month period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of your membership after changes are published constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
